She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Ayers Mullins (Rabbit) and Sadie Mullins; her sisters, Trudy Marcie Mullins and Phyllis Phillips; her son-in-law Raymond Smith; and her son Marvin Edward Rowe.
She is survived by: her husband Darvin Rowe; her daughter-in-law Lynn Rowe (Marvin) of Atwell, WV; her children, Sharon Harrison (Billy) of Pounding Mill, VA, Crystal Jo Smith of Pounding Mill, VA, Randall Rowe (Alicia) of Tazewell, VA and Jason Rowe (Karla) of Abingdon, VA; and her siblings, Charles Mullins (Ruth) of Broadway, VA, Bobby Mullins (Connie) of Cedar Bluff, VA, John Mullins (Kwon) of Buena Vista, VA and Brenda Owens (Robert) of Pounding Mill, VA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and multiple cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
