He is survived by: his son David Phillip Gray; his wife Jean Ramirez Gray; the mother of his children Catherine Holland Gray; his daughter Marnie (Isabella); his mother Barbara Phillips Williams (Phillip L. Williams Jr.); his brother Phillip Eric Williams (Shana Gardner Williams) of Suffolk, VA.; his aunts, Theresa Phillips Oldham and Lydia Williams Harrell; and his uncle Michael S. Harrell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, his brother.
