She was predeceased by: her husbands, Clifton Tull Forrest, Sr. and Carl Gotts; her parents, Jack Ellenor and Mary Margaret Pierce Ellenor; and her daughter-in-law Laurie Forrest.
She is survived by: her son Clifton T. Forrest, Jr.; and her sister Mildred White. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a local animal shelter.
