She is survived by: her husband David Shipley; her brothers, Michael Eason and Vance Eason; and her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Bowers, Linda Wandell (Jeff), Sharon Murden (Tim) and Tommy Shipley (Patty). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the Greenlawn Memorial Gardens (3920 Airline Blvd, Chesapeake, VA 23321).
