In the vast expanse of eternity, Christy Hamlet shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Christy Hamlet farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her husband Brian Keith Mason; her sons, Zachary Ryan Mason and Trevor Brian Mason; and her parents, Terri Draper Sanderlin and Clyde Carter Hamlet, Jr.. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A reception was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel (5201 Portsmouth Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23701).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local animal shelter or your favorite charity.
