She was predeceased by: her father Harvey Leslie Bowman; her husband Arthur Tommy Goins; her daughter Kathy Goins; and her brothers, Danny, Kenny Bowman and Michael Bowman.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Stone, Tammy Rogers (Anthony) and Dennis Goins; her grandchildren, Tasha Lawson (Joshua), Terry Stone, Jr., Amber Stone, Jacob Rogers (Amber) and Adam Rogers; her great grandchildren, Carter, Corbin, Camden, Chloe, Oxley, Tristan, Isabella and Aaron; and her siblings, Delores Clontz, Jane Dalton (Donnie), Eloise Burnette (Barry), Patricia Alderman (Bill), Dewey and Wayne Bowman. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
