Virginia Cockram Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Virginia Cockram of Patrick Springs, Virginia, who passed away on June 10, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Handy and Elizabeth Boyd Handy; and her siblings, Cecil, Arnold, Ralph, Lee, Troy, James E. Handy, Frances Smith, Cassie Mae Cockram and Ruby Handy.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Norman "Hank" Cockram; her children, Hazel Cockram of Raleigh, Peggy Smith (Derick) of Stuart, Rebecca Plasters and Ed Williams of Patrick Springs; her grandsons, Shane Plasters and Patrick Smith; and her sister Leona Goad of Patrick Springs. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
