She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Raymond Roughan and Matilda Mary Shaner; and her spouse Leslie D. Bellows. She is survived by: her children, Kevin M. Bellows, David B. Bellows, Bruce J. Bellows, Leslie C. Carter, Kathy A. Petell and Mary E. Rheaume. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Lake Monticello Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad, Caring for Creatures Palmyra, or USO can be made in her name.
