It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luzia Anna Johanna Pollag Juchter of Palmyra, Virginia, who passed away on September 4, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Marguerite Frericks and Paul Vinzenz Pollag; her husband Pieter Juchter Jr.; her children, Raymond, Pieter Juchter III (Vonita) of Asheboro, N. C., Diana Juchter Berry (David Berry) of Charlottesville and Bryan Juchter (Cassandra) of Charlotte, N. C.; her grandchildren, Erica Juchter Balfour (David) of London, UK, Matthias Juchter of Asheboro, N. C., Nathan Juchter (Justine) of Asheboro, N. C., Peter Berry (Caitlyn) of Winston-Salem, N. C., Margaret Berry of Charlottesville, Joanna Berry (W. Va) of Charleston and Andrew Juchter of Charlotte, N. C.; and her great grandchildren, Sierra, Desmond and Henry. She was also cherished by the oldest of three children and in 1944, with her brothers and mother.
