We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2023, at the age of 84, Kathleen Marie Frances (Landy) Best of Palmyra, Virginia, born in Bronx, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Raymond and Clare Frances Landy (Hutson); and her siblings, Clare O'Brien, Patricia Zimbardo, Raymond Landy, James Landy and Robert Landy.

She is survived by: her husband Jack Louis Best; her son Christopher Joseph David Best (Caroline) of Lake Monticello; her grandchildren, Shjon Louis James Best, Scott Benjamin William Best, Sarja May Clare Best and Susan Alaine Best of Virginia; and her stepgranddaughters, Emily Rebecca Newton and Elizabeth Colleen Newton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and her beloved cats.
