He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert C. Heine and Helen Rhoads Heine. He is survived by: his wife Mary Heine; his daughters, Julie Harrower (John) of Nandua Bay and Heather Michaelson (Eric) of Pikesville, MD; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Jayden, Stephanie, Mark, Michael Harrower, Liora and Asher Michaelson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Onancock Baptist Church (1 Crockett Ave, Onancock, VA 23417). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
