Tiffany left this world on October 29, 2024 at the age of 45, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Debra Lenora McLean, Waverly Smith, Sr. and Clarence McLean, Sr.; her aunt Connie Smith; and her uncle Clarence McLean, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Ty'Lah Smith and Tyson Smith; her parents, Gail Smith and Waverly Smith, Jr.; her brothers, Waverly Smith III and Christopher E. Smith (Dariya); her grandmother Reda Mae Smith; her godparents, Willie, Linda Daniels, Estelle and Robert Gregory; and her brothers, Rowan Reid, Tobias Green, Melvin Vaughn and Corey Smith. She is also survived by other aunts, uncles, cousins.

Viewing was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Paul COGIC (1615 Bishop W. L. Daniels Way, Norfolk, VA 23523). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
