We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2025, at the age of 86, Charles V. Blough in Norfolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Blough and Margaret Blough; his sisters, Mary Lantz, Janet Rose Blough, Doris Stanfill and Peggy Thrailkill; and his sons, Charles William and Vernon.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra Collins (Keith); and his grandchildren, Mary Stover (Mike), Steven King and Tisha Vaughan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Graham Funeral Home (1112 Kempsville Rd, Chesapeake, VA 23320). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Riverside Memorial Park (1000 E Indian River Rd, Norfolk, VA 23523).
