He is survived by: his daughter Jackie Meade; his grandchildren, Tyler Hazlett (Gracen) and Haylee Hazlett; his great grandchild Lennon Hazlett; and his siblings, Nancy Odle, Shirley McConnell (Sam), Judy Stapleton, Jack Stapleton (Janice) and Gary Stapleton.
