She was predeceased by: her mother Gertrude Carmichael-Lewis; her stepfather Alvin Davis, Jr.; and her sister Angie Jennette Davis. She is survived by: her sons, Lavonte Davis, Sr. (Vickie), George Davis (Chantel), Jerrett Davis and Marcus Davis; and her siblings, Stella Louise Davis, Richard Edward Lewis and Witnesses. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.
