He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hobday Tobe of Washington, DC; his children, Nequel Wharry of Hampton, VA and Rashad Muhammad; his granddaughter Brittany Wharry of Washington, DC; and his sisters, Marie Dixon (Johnny) and Willnette Bailey of Hampton, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous relatives and friends.
