She was predeceased by: her son Jason Andrew Meade; her father Bert E. McLaughlin; and her husband James Howard Smith III. She is survived by: her children, Elaina Felts (Dustin Felts) and James Howard Smith IV (Destiny Smith); her mother Elsie McLaughlin; her brothers, Steven and Mark McLaughlin; and her boyfriend Rich Smithdeal. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
