He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Lois Hutto Weatherly; and his sister Deborah Ann Strait. He is survived by: his wife Molly Murrin Weatherly; his sons, Jackson David Everett Weatherly and Bennett Murrin Macdonald Weatherly; his father Eugene (Weatherly); and also, Rita Weatherly, Sydney Fahrner-Strait and Landon Strait.
