It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis Ray Henley Jr. of Mechanicsville, Virginia, who passed away on August 7, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Henley, and Otis Henley, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Karen Shelton Henley; his children, Otis Ray "Trey" Henley, III and April Renee Finno (Patrick); his grandchildren, Nicholas and Olivia Finno; his sister Frances Martin (Welford); his sisters-in-law, Cherry Shelton and Elizabeth Shelton; and his pet Percy.
