Ratcliffe, Jr.; her daughters, Vernita Anne Doolin and Ellen Hamlett Martin (Tim); her grandchildren, Ryanne Wade (Shelley Hinson) and Elizabeth Anne Kitt; her great grandchildren, J. R. Turner, Braelyn Castle and Charlee Hinson; and her sisters, Ruth Thomas and Lois Parr. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Monaghan Funeral Home Chapel (7300 Creighton Pkwy, Mechanicsville, VA 23111). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Monaghan Funeral Home (7300 Creighton Pkwy, Mechanicsville, VA 23111). A reception was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Monaghan Funeral Home Chapel (7300 Creighton Pkwy, Mechanicsville, VA 23111). A burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Washington Memorial Park (6217 Memorial Dr, Sandston, VA 23150).
