She is survived by: her husband Edward E. "Hippy" Burnett, Sr.; her children, Judy Pope (Ray), Eddie Burnett, Jr. (Melissa) and Nancy Buchanan (Buck); and her sister Dorothy Whitlock. She is also survived by six grandchildren and their spouses; 11 great-grandchildren; three nephews; one niece; two great-nephews; two great-nieces; and numerous other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Ascend Hospice, 10571 Telegraph Road, Suite 203, Glen Allen, Va. 23059.
