It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Kay Spicer (Mechanicsville, Virginia), who passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence W. Ashbrook and Mildred L. Ashbrook; her grandparents, Jessie Williams and Ofielin Kolas; and her uncle Ben Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Spicer Sr.; her son Charles Spicer Jr.; and her sister Pamela Smith. She is also survived by her niece and nephew.
