He was predeceased by: his father David Burnett, Sr.; and his grandparents, Eddie Mason Burnett, Betty Burnett and Edwin D. Mundy. He is survived by: his children, Destiny Burnett and Owen Burnett; his mother Wanda Burnett; his sister Nicole "Nikki" Goddard (Bobby); his grandmother Nellie Mundy; his aunts and uncles, Pam Morrison (Edwin), Valerie Parker, Diane Smith, Susan Bennett (Ken), Glen, Wayne (Allene) and Danny Burnett; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
