He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bailey and Lillian Bailey; his former wife Mary Jean; his son Charles "Rick" Bailey Jr.; his wife Rogina "Gina" Bailey; and his siblings, William "Howard" Bailey and Lois Cales.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Bailey (Debbie), Kevin Bailey (Pamela) and Kyle Bailey (Katey); his grandchildren, Patrick (Pauline), Kelly (Johnathan), J. B., Kody, Seth, Scarlett, Tessa and Jaycen; his great grandchildren, Ford, Colten and Riley; his sisters, Phyllis Gwinn and Erma Adkins; his brother-in-law Grady Matthews; and his close friends, Lisa and Charles Bandy.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the Hanover Humane Society or Compass Christian Church.
