She is survived by: her son Claude Phillips (Shirley) of Clarksville; her granddaughter Tammy Bradshaw of Buffalo Junction; her great grandchildren, Taryn Bradshaw, Sable Bradshaw, Tristan Bradshaw and Mia Boswell; her great great grandchildren, A. J. Bradshaw and Kaison Walker; and her siblings, Thomas Pugh (Mildred) of Chase City and Jean Crownover (Allen) of Sherwood, AK. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
