He is survived by: his parent Arbutus Eppard; his spouse Shirley Bruce Eppard; and his children, Mike Bush (Cindy), Johnny Bush (Joyce), Terry Myers, Betty Ann Wilson (Frank), Tammy Bush, James Wells, Laura Jarrells and Sherry Shockey (Mike). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
