He was predeceased by: his parents, Standard, Jr. Payne and Janice Payne. He is survived by: the mother of his children Brenda Payne; his children, Brent, Matthew Payne and Brooke Peters; his brother Tommy Payne; and his grandchildren, Jean Payne, Avelia Payne, Kimber Peters and Wyatt Peters.
