He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Smith, Sr.; and his sister Janet Lee West. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his sons, Garris (Boo), Ricky (Leann) and Alfred (Luke); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kasey, Kalee, Logan and Bryson; and his mother Mamie Lee Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
