With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Victor Ellsworth Mosher of Manassas, Virginia, born in Washington, District of Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 16, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Gage Mosher, Victor E. Mosher III, Raylan Mosher, Ethan Mosher, Maggie Mosher, McKinley W. Mosher II and Steven C. Hammer Victor; his siblings, Anthony Mosher and Donna Mosher Gibson; and his mother-in-law Eunice Hammond.

He is survived by: his siblings, Diana Mosher Creel, Benjamin "Benny" Mosher and Louie Berthod; his wife Deborah "Debbie" Mosher; and his sons, Victor Ellsworth Mosher II, Travis Daniel Mosher and McKinley Wayne Mosher.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest that contributions be made to Park Valley Church.
