She was predeceased by: her husband David Higgs; her mother Ann Mallam; and her siblings, Rebecca Kilby and Gary Clem. She is survived by: her daughter Sherrie Thrower; her grandchildren, James, Dakota and Rebecca; and her siblings, Michelle Alex, Sharon Webster, Thomas and Randall Kemp. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
