John Rose Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Rose Sr. in Manassas, Virginia, born in Covington, Virginia, who passed away on October 17, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Melvin and Bertha Griffith Rose; his wife Annie Mae Dowdy Rose; and his great grandchild Madison Carter. He is survived by: his sons, John Rose, Jr. (Karen) of Harrisonburg, Mike Rose (Amy) of Chesterfield and Andy Rose (Laura) of Culpeper; his grandchildren, Meredith Carter (Cody), Sarah Moss (Travis), Emma Rose, Sydney Rose, Alex Rose and Christian Rose; and his great grandchildren, Mason Carter and Bennett Moss.
