It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Marie Bixby of Locust Grove, Virginia, born in Concord, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 3, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to the LOW Fire and Rescue or the Orange County Humane Society.
