It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Lloyd Mullins of Locust Grove, Virginia, born in Widen, West Virginia, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George V. Mullins and Ruth Ann Givens Mullins; and his brother James Mullins (Jimmy) of Bealeton. He is survived by: his wife Geneva B. Mullins (Corathers); his daughter Georgena Latour (Gena); his grandchildren, Addison Flis, Benjamin Latour, Claire Latour and Charles; his sisters, Eloise Martin, Mary Helen Oakley of Fredericksburg, Julia McDonald (Judy) of Woodbridge, Virginia. and Elizabeth Stiles (Liz) of Woodbridge, Virginia.; and his grandson Ben. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
