She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Williams and Ellen Williams; her siblings, Carl Williams and Mildred Galbreath; her husband Col. George F. Wigger; her close friend Irvin Wolfrey; and her son W. Frank Smart.
She is survived by: her sister Dorothy Johnson; her daughter Deborah NistlePowell; her son-in-law Matthew Miller; her son Earl Williams; her daughter-in-law Darlene Williams; and her son Michael Williams. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
