He is survived by: his wife Pamela Quinn; his daughters, Christina West, Julie Keefe, Anna Borkovic and Meghan Ohmer; his grandchildren, Sebastian West, Dylan West, Addie Keefe, Harper Keefe, Kinsley Keefe, Daniel Borkovic and Eleanor Borkovic; and his siblings, Mary Lindhal, Pat Swanagin, Maureen Bonifield, Kevin Quinn, Eileen Garcia, Kathy Settle, Peggy Lusby and Susie Poole. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Samaritan's Purse.
