He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Ratcliff Kegley of La Crosse; his sons, Rick Kegley (Tracey) of Gasburg, Craig Kegley (Lisa) of Bracey and John Kegley (Bunnie) of Little Rock, CA; and his sisters, Donna Kiser of Shelby, OH, Della Horn of Shelby, OH and Frieda Chaffin of Kermit, WVA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
