He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert L. Parrott and Louise Parrott; and his wife Jane Wright Parrott. He is survived by: his wife Rachel Edwards Parrott; his children, Donald Lee Parrott (Kathryn) and Connie Parrott Thompson (Ernie) of La Crosse; his siblings, Jimmy Earl Parrott (Phyllis) of Chester, Mildred Parrott Watson, Mable Parrott Pearce, Betty Parrott Wotten (Floyd) of Boydton and Sheila Parrott Murray (Jimmy) of La Crosse; his stepson Mike Wright (Debbie) of Va Beach; his grandchildren, Christopher Parrott (Crystal) of South Hill, Casey Bishop (Grayson) of South Hill and Brandon McClintock of Emporia; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Cameron Parrott, Abby, Tyler Bishop and Ella Jane McClintock. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
