She was predeceased by: her husband Billy L. Burton. She is survived by: her children, Steve Burton of La Crosse, John Burton of Manassas and Lynn Wilkinson (James) of Leasburg, NC; and her brothers, Johnny Murray of Winchester and Howard Murray of Chesapeake. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
