He was predeceased by: his parents, Annie Wheeler and Ralph Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Bryan (Sandy), Deborah (Will), John (Amy), Beth Haile and Gina Lumpkin; his grandchildren, Travis, Lindsay, Mackenzie, Sam, John, Ashley and Taylor; and his close friend Dolly. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
