He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Packard and Ruby Packard. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Packard; his sons, Jeremy (Samantha), Michael and Christopher Packard; his stepson Steven O'Berry (Brooke); his sister Tina Packard; and his grandchildren, Avelyn, Blaire, Caroline, Natalie, Aurora, Cambria, Krysten and Kaedance.
