He was predeceased by: his wife Mary "Peggy" Burch; his son Thomas Damian Burch; and his parents, Thomas B. Burch, Sr. and Margaret M. Lloyd-Burch. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacie Burch-Clay (Smokey) of King George, VA, Sandy Burch-Earnshaw (Todd) of Montross, VA, Sharron Burch-LeSage (Daniel) of LaPlata, MD and Jill Burch of LaPlata, MD; his grandchildren, Travis Earnshaw, Trevor Earnshaw, Dylan LeSage and Meghan LeSage; and his siblings, Peggy Howard, Patrick Burch, David Burch and Gary Burch.
Memorial contributions can be made in Buddy's name to the Holy Ghost Catholic Church Renovation Fund.
