We are sad to announce that on May 25, 2023, at the age of 85, Edna Arrington of King George, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Ernest Thompson and Charlotte Griffith Thompson; her husbands, Louis Frederick Bowley and James Howard Arrington; her siblings, Mary Yates, James Thompson, Ruby Thompson, Helen Lentz, Alta Lee Miller, Harry Thompson, Richard Thompson, Charles Jackie Thompson, Juanita "Ann" Thompson and Julia Crites; her sons, David Bowley and Michael Bowley; and her grandson Leander Bowley.

She is survived by: her brothers, Bobby Thompson, John Thompson and Phillip Thompson; her children, Charlotte Beach, Robert Bowley, Louis Bowley, James Bowley, Barbara Cunningham and Daniel Bowley; her grandchildren, Regina Stuckey, Lisa Sholly, Christopher Bowley, Cassandra Bowley, Sean Turner, Shakira Turner, Donte Johnson, Zachary Cunningham, Paige Cunningham and Aiden Bowley; and her great grandchildren, Ashton Stuckey, Austin Sholly, Kyleigh Sholly, Amaya Johnson, Lyric Johnson and Baby C Dodson.
