He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ernest and Mary Thornburg Neave; his wife Carol Lee Macy of Litchfield, IL; his sisters, Hazel, Mary Ann Neave and Evangeline Corbitt (Vicky); and his close friend Mary Mattia.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry, Maurice Richard Neave (Martha) of Fairfax, VA and Sheryl Lee Shade of King George; his stepdaughter Stephanie Bylan; his brother Robert E. Neave (Sandie); his brother-in-law James Corbitt; his granddaughter Carol June America; his great grandchildren, Jordan Allen Neave, Alyssa Sauer and Mason Fox; his stepgrandson Larry Dinger; and his godson James Rivera Bullock.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center.
