He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father James Ware Kelley, Sr.; his wife Alice Lee Chilton; his mother Virginia Conley Kelley; his brother Thomas Delano Kelley of Kilmarnock; his children, James Ware Kelley, III of New York, NY and Kimberly Faye Kelley; and his grandson Matthew Thomas Kelley of Kilmarnock.
