He is survived by: his mother Mildred Lee Watts; his wife Eunice Hodge Williams; his children, Shereena Bradley of Baltimore, MD, Raquel Williams of Baltimore, MD, Rachel Williams of Crewe, Cynthia Nicole Williams, Ann Marie Williams, Reginald L. Williams, Jr. and Talia Eubanks of Keysville; his grandchildren, Diamond, Dazzure, Kenard of Breon, Mi, Chael, Xonnah and Gabriel; his siblings, John H. Williams of Lynchburg, Russell Williams (Sherrell) of Baltimore, MD, Larry Brooks (Brandy), Elsie Harper (Steve) of Baltimore, MD and Cynthia Ann Williams of Keysville; and his father-in-law Rolling S. Hodge. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
