He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Witt; his grandchildren, Alivia Clark and Lee Witt; his mother Ida Puckett Folz; his siblings, John Bailey, Paul Bailey and Kathy Bailey Bixler; and his cousins, Judy, Janice, Serene, Cathy and Timmy.
