He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mylum and Elinor Mylum; his son Lacy Gordon Mylum; and his brother Wilson "Duke" Mylum. He is survived by: his wife Catherine D. Mylum; his children, Kimberly Robertson (Michael), Paul Mylum and Bernadine Abernathy (James); his grandchildren, Katy R. Britton (Bryan), Benjamin Robertson, Preston Mylum, Mary Catherine Abernathy and Lawson Abernathy; and his great grandchild Arthur Britton.
