Jessie Lee Scruggs Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessie Lee Scruggs of Keysville, Virginia, who passed away on July 20, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Judson Clark; her former husband Berkley Thomas Finch; her husband Herman Stanley Scruggs, Jr.; and her siblings, Rachael Owen and Willie Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Finch, Bobby Finch, Delores Williams, Debbie Jones and Stanley Scruggs. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
