He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Liz" Leatherwood Lyles; his daughter Sherry Lyles Marker (Daniel); his grandchildren, Stephanie Nelson Ingram (Aaron), Mikaela Nelson Wade (Patrick), Elizabeth Marker Jackson (Chris) and Mary Katherine Marker; his great grandchildren, Abigale Grace, Alexis Leanna, Adriana Noelle, Avarie Faith, Adalie May, Aubrey Caroline, Bryce Thomas and Declan Andrew; and his siblings, Frank Lyles, Rosa Bailey and Judy Cliborne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
