He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Leslie Lewis, Sr. and Martha Lewis; and his brother Charlie Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Jetty Jean Lewis; his sons, Dylan Thomas Lewis and Nolen Jet Lewis; his grandson Lucas Thomas Lewis; and his siblings, Jeff Lewis (Doris), Albert Lewis, Rose Mary Lewis and Pat Hall (Darrell).
In lieu of flowers family asked donations be made to Province Funeral Home to help cover the funeral expenses.
